With SelfHook, you create a workflow for your WordPress site: topic, keywords, language, tone, template, image style, frequency and publishing mode. On every run, SelfHook picks a topic distinct from your existing content, writes a structured article with an FAQ, prepares the SEO title, meta description and focus keyphrase for Yoast, generates a featured image, then sends it to WordPress as a draft or a published post.

From brief to article
Before writing, SelfHook prepares a brief for each topic: the target query, the search intent, the question to answer and a reference outline. This brief frames everything that follows, from the title to the metadata.
- A topic pipeline: topics prepared in advance for each main keyword
- Distinct angles: topics already covered or planned are set aside
- A single frame: title, structure and metadata stay focused on the same topic
Your editorial rules stay the same from one piece of content to the next.

Generation doesn’t work in isolation: it is part of a workflow that runs from your settings all the way to the article in WordPress.

Frequently asked questions about SEO content generation
How does SelfHook generate an SEO article for WordPress?
You first configure a workflow: topic, keywords, language, tone, template, image style, frequency and publishing mode. On every run, SelfHook picks a topic distinct from your existing content, prepares the metadata and outline, writes the article, generates a featured image, then sends it to WordPress in the chosen category, as a published post or a draft.
Can I set my tone and editorial rules?
Yes. Each workflow saves your topic, primary and secondary keywords, editorial domains, locations, phrases to avoid, language, tone (6 options), template and image style. These rules apply to every article and can be changed at any time.
Is the generated content optimized for Yoast SEO?
For every article, SelfHook prepares an SEO title, a meta description and a focus keyphrase, and sends them to WordPress with the article. These Yoast fields are filled in automatically with Yoast SEO 27.7 or later. Analysis and scoring remain Yoast’s, in WordPress: no score or ranking is guaranteed.
Can I edit or approve an article before it is published?
Yes, with draft mode: the article is created as a draft in WordPress, you review it, edit it if needed and publish it yourself. SelfHook has no built-in article editor: reviewing happens in WordPress.
Can SelfHook publish to WordPress automatically?
Yes. In automatic publishing mode, each article is published in the chosen category, with its featured image, at the workflow’s cadence. You can also start a generation manually or pause the workflow. Notifying Google is then done from your article list.
Can I generate content in several languages?
Yes, 8 languages are available: French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Indonesian and Russian. Each workflow writes in one language: to publish in several languages, create one workflow per language. SelfHook does not automatically translate the same article. The number of workflows depends on your plan.
Consistency. Cadence. WordPress.
Publish regularly without rebuilding context for every article
Set your rules once, let SelfHook prepare and write your articles, then send them to WordPress at your cadence.
No guaranteed Google rankings: SelfHook structures and publishes your content, Google decides how it ranks.
What SelfHook prepares for every piece of content

A title, a main keyword and an angle, compared with the titles and keywords already used on your site to avoid duplicates.
A complete structure
Introduction, comparison, definitions, criteria, action plan, examples, summary and FAQ, based on the chosen template.
The writing
An article written in the workflow’s language and tone, laid out with your template and the colors detected on your site.

SEO title, meta description and focus keyphrase sent to Yoast, excerpt, and a featured image with alt text.
One article per run, at the cadence you choose.
